Ginger Thatcher is currently Associate Choreographer/Assistant Director for Susan Stroman, for the Broadway bound musical, Little Dancer. She was recently rehearsal Director for Complexions Contemporary Ballet with Desmond Richardson and Dwight Rhoden.
Ginger is currently Associate Choreographer for Susan Stroman for the 5th Avenue Productions Broadway bound show, Marie, which was previously known as Little Dancer.

Ginger recently choreographed the musical Oklahoma (based on the revival of Oklahoma, Susan Stroman, Choreographer) for Ogunquit playhouse for which she received a Best Choreography nomination.
